Each year we gather together a tribe of interested wine enthusiasts to come along on the wine-making journey with us.
The Collective tribe invest a small amount at the start of vintage (typically around Feb/March each year) to reserve a case of 12 finished bottles of wine in time for Christmas.
We’ll send out updates to you as we go through the process of harvesting the grapes, processing the fruit (usually including foot stomping!), fermentation, tasting and finally bottling the finished wine. Our Collective team can all put their own mark on the final label for the wine and at the end of the process we have a bottling party where people can label and finish their own wines to take away. We’ll also have a barbie and crack open a few bottles of fabulous wine to celebrate the end of vintage!
