The contract is made at our licensed retail premises, 20 Bailey Grove, Wandin North, Victoria 3139, from where the goods will be despatched under our Liquor Licence No. 36154857.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. By entering and confirming payment, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.
No material from this site can be produced without the express permission of Pip and Ra Wine management.
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, unless arrangements are confirmed by Pip and Ra Wine management.

Pip and Ra Wine will endeavour to deliver goods within an indicated period, however it does not guarantee delivery on a prescribed date and is not liable for any Loss resulting from late delivery.
Some postcodes may be excluded from receiving deliveries, contact management to arrange for an alternative delivery address. Pip and Ra Wine does not deliver to a Post Office Box.
Delivery can be accepted and signed by anyone at the delivery address who are presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. Proof of identification and evidence of proof of age may be requested to verify identity and proof of age that the person is aged 18 years or over. The goods will not be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.
Any person at the nominated delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be an authorised person to receive the goods.
If a delivery is received with one or more broken bottles, Pip and Ra Wine will issue a refund or provide replacement bottles if they are available. Customers are to contact management within 14 days to request a refund or replacement.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products offered for sale are subject to available stock. If a product is out of stock Pip and Ra Wine may offer the customer an alternative product. If the alternative product is not accepted and payment has been completed, Pip and Ra Wine will offer a refund or a credit for the amount charged.
PRICE & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to variation. The price payable for the goods is the price applicable on the date when an order is confirmed.
The listed price does not include GST or postage and handling. The total amount payable is the price for each of the goods together with the applicable delivery and handling fee.

Full payment for an order is to be received before products are despatched for delivery. At confirmation of an order payment will be deducted from the customer’s credit card. Pip and Ra Wine accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club. American Express is not accepted.
Credit card details are processed using SSL encryption and are not stored by Pip and Ra Wine.
NOTICES & MARKETING
By providing details upon purchase via our online store, customers subscribe to receive notifications regarding special offers, promotions and special events offered by Pip and Ra Wine until such time as requested by the customer to stop. Should a customer wish to opt out of receiving marketing notifications they are requested to contact Pip and Ra Wine via phone or email. Upon receipt of such a request Pip and Ra Wine will remove a customer’s details from their direct marketing data base as soon as reasonably practicable.

To breach of any condition or warranty implied into the arrangement between Pip and Ra Wine and the customer, and which cannot be excluded or modified, Pip and Ra Wine’s liability is limited to, at their discretion, either: (i) replacement of goods or supply of equivalent goods; (ii) payment of the cost of replacing the goods or providing credit for the cost of goods; and in the case of services, to: (i) supply the services again
Subject to the forgoing, Pip and Ra Wine is not liable to the customer, (or to any third party), for any loss, liability, damage, expense or costs whatsoever and includes, (without limitation) indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profits or business opportunity, and damage to equipment or property caused by any act or omission of Pip and Ra Wine, its employees or agents and whether based on negligence or other tort or contract or otherwise.
AMENDMENTS
Pip and Ra Wine may add, delete, or otherwise change any terms of this Contract. Pip and Ra Wine will notify of any substantial changes to these terms and conditions. The use of Pip and Ra Wine’s service after such notice will constitute acceptance of such changes.
